Who can create an account and place an order?

You must be at least 18 years old. Your date of birth is collected during registration and validated before an account can be created.

Can the team explain how to use a product?

We can help with orders, shipping, account access, and general store questions, but we do not provide individual product-usage instruction. Please follow the manufacturer instructions and safety information supplied with the product.

Payments & Billing

Which payment methods are accepted?

Checkout is securely processed through Authorize.Net using the payment methods displayed on the hosted payment page. Aphrodite Adult Toys does not store complete card numbers. A payment receipt is provided after a successful transaction.

Where can I download my invoice or receipt?

Sign in, open Account, select Orders, and choose the order. The order details page provides separate Download Invoice and Download Receipt buttons.

Shipping & Privacy

Will my order be shipped discreetly?

Orders are packaged for privacy. The shipping label and packaging are intended not to describe the products inside. Available shipping services, costs, and estimates are shown during checkout.

How can I track my order?

When the supplier or carrier provides tracking, the tracking number and carrier link appear in your account order details and are included in the shipping email. Tracking information is synchronized regularly, but carrier scans may take time to appear.

Returns & Support

Do you replace batteries or accept battery-related returns?

Customers are responsible for purchasing and replacing batteries required by battery-operated products. Batteries are not supplied as a replacement service, and issues caused only by depleted or unsuitable batteries are not eligible for return.
